How ProHome WorksFor Multi-Family
1. Quality Assurance Walkthrough and Verification
A ProHome New Home Agent (NHA) conducts an initial Quality Assurance Walkthrough to evaluate the craftsmanship and attention to detail of each unit on behalf of the Developer or Sponsor. During this walkthrough, the agent documents any concerns prior to the buyer's viewing.
After a set period, the same agent returns to perform a follow-up Quality Assurance Verification Walkthrough. This ensures that all previously documented issues have been resolved, elevating the unit’s readiness for the buyer and preparing it for a smooth closing process.
2. Buyer Punch List Walkthrough and Verification
ProHome assigns a dedicated NHA to guide homebuyers through their new home, answering questions, explaining systems, and providing expert home maintenance advice to protect their investment.
During the walkthrough, a detailed punch list is created with the buyer, who also signs their 1-year new home warranty agreement. This step aligns buyer expectations, educates them on maintenance responsibilities, and reduces unnecessary warranty calls. The finalized punch list is then forwarded to the Developer or Sponsor for approval.
3. Dedicated Client Service Coordinator
Each Developer, Sponsor, and Buyer is assigned an experienced Client Service Coordinator (CRC) who acts as an extension of your service team, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional customer care.
Your CRC, supported by a cross-trained Client Service Team, proactively addresses all issues and keeps everyone informed, ensuring smooth coordination between projects, builders, and buyers. This personalized service enhances the overall customer experience and resolves issues promptly.
