Your home maintenance plan includes labor credit hours. Your labor credit hours can be applied towards any work you have performed on your home – home repairs, maintenance or even household chores. Your Labor credit hours are deducted only when actual work is performed. A half (1/2) hour is deducted for trip charges, travel time and material gathering only when work is performed.
