ProHome® International.
Jack H. Salmans developed the original concept
of a THIRD PARTY BUILDER'S WARRANTY SERVICE, whose purpose is to provide
Home Builders with a comprehensive Warranty Management System and Callback
Service.
This system and service provides both the Builder and the new home buyer
a nationally accepted written warranty, a local professional service staff
and unprecedented industry leading customer service procedures. This system
begins with the delivery of the ProHome®
Warranty, the performance of a New Home Orientation Pre-closing Walkthrough,
the presentation of our comprehensive and buyer friendly Homeowner's Service
Guide and 24 Hour Emergency service process.
The registering of Warranty Claims, the Warranty Term Walkthrough, scheduling
and tracking subcontractor assigned work and the expiration after the
Builder's commitment is fulfilled are also part of the ProHome®
